Phoenix zoo wedding7/29/2023 It was difficult to find my perfect outdoor venue in Arizona I didn't want a golf course or desert. Each space includes six hours of event time, 6 hours of getting ready/decorating time, and 1 hour of clean up time. Couples can host up to 200 guests here.ĭepending on the event space chosen, Weddings at Schnepf Farms offers a variety of services to meet the needs of your wedding day. The Meadow also has a dressing cottage, a dressing glamping tent, and picturesque locations for pictures. The venue will provide large farm tables with benches for you and your guests. This space can also be utilized for your reception. This event space is tucked away in a pine forest, creating an enchanting atmosphere for your big day, with wooden benches, a ceremony arch, and birds chirping around you. The Meadow is ideal for couples hoping for a quiet, private ceremony set in nature. The head table will sit in the foreground of a romantic wall of candles. This space features a quaint dressing rooms, 30-foot ceilings with bistro lighting, and a ceremony in front of a gorgeous gazebo in the middle of a peach orchard. Couples hoping for an industrial barn wedding will delight in the rustic feel this barn exudes. The Big Red Barn boasts 7,000 square feet of event space and room for up to 300 guests. A grand ballroom, grapevine entwined gazebos, lush landscaping, and chic interiors provide ample opportunity for breathtaking photos. The Farmhouse provides 2,200 square feet, capacity for 200, and a rustic yet elegant setting. Weddings at Schnepf Farms offers three event space locations in which to host your event. On the property is a peach orchard, elegant landscaping, large shade trees, and a meadow nestled in the pines. ![]() Our three venues sit on 300 acres of farmland. This venue shares a traditional and classic charm that sets the tone for your wedding celebration. What to expect: Crowds, magnificent views of downtown Phoenix and Tempe, and incredible sandstone formations. If parking is unavailable, there are plenty of other parking lots within easy walking distance. Galvin Parkway, Phoenix, parking lot directing you to the formation. ![]() The formation is thought to have been used by the ancient Hohokam civilization to track the position of the sun through a hole in the rock "ceiling." The trail to the chamber consists of steps that rise 200 feet in just a short 1/10 of a mile. This intriguing formation on the park's east side features a main chamber that looks out over nearby lagoons and the distant downtown skyline, and is great for views ( especially at sunset). to 7 p.m, but trails are open until 11 p.m. Hours: Gated roadways and parking areas are open 6 a.m. Restrooms, drinking fountains, picnic ramadas are available on this side. ![]() Trails include an interpretive nature trail to learn about Sonoran Desert flora and fauna, as well as a short hike inside Hole-in-the-Rock, the park's most popular scenic viewpoint and one of Phoenix's best hikes. Hours: Gated roadways and parking areas are open from sunrise to sunset or 7 p.m., whichever comes first, but trails are open until 11 p.m. Try the 2.3-mile Double Butte Loop for a full experience of the park. The parking lot on Papago Park Drive has a drinking fountain, bike rack and picnic ramada, and no restrooms. You can take an accessible, paved pathway as well as a series of trails and loops around a big butte and small butte. The park is split into east and west sides by Galvin Parkway. The trails in Papago Park are typically smooth with little elevation gain, providing easy access for walking, hiking, mountain biking or trail running.
